Bulk Orders, Custom-made & Pre-Orders

• Please note once Custom-made orders are confirm, they cannot be modified or cancelled.

Payment

• Orders will be process once payment is received.
• All transactions must be completed using digital payment methods. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paynow, Paylah and Alipay.

Cancelled of Products

• We highly recommend scheduling an appointment with us via Whatsapp or Instagram if you’re unsure about the size of the products. This allows you to try them on before making a purchase on our website, helping to prevent the need for cancellations.

• Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 4 days from the order date. Any cancellations requested after this period may incur additional charges.

Returns

1.All products (not including rental of costumes) must be returned within 15 days from invoice date. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

2.Customers are responsible for return of shipping costs.
